These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and iXzel Management Group, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the TrustedVault-ai application and services (collectively, the "Service").
You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Service (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.
"iXzel Management Group", "TrustedVault-ai" and related names and logos are trademarks of iXzel Management Group, LLC. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.
You may download, print, and share unmodified copies of the Service content for personal, noncommercial use only, provided copyright notices are retained. Any other use requires prior written permission from iXzel Management Group, LLC.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Service through automated or non-human means; (6) you will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (7) your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You may be required to register with the Service. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at Support@iXzelGroup.com of any unauthorized access to your account.
TrustedVault-ai is designed to help individuals, families, and professional firms organize and securely store personal and business documents, including personal medical records for private use.
TrustedVault-ai is not intended for use by HIPAA-covered entities (healthcare providers, health plans, or healthcare clearinghouses) or their business associates unless a separate written agreement is in place. If you are a covered entity, please contact us at Support@iXzelGroup.com before use.
You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. Prohibited uses include: systematically retrieving data to create or compile databases; circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features; uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code; attempting to impersonate another user or person; using the Service in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
The Service may invite you to upload, submit, or otherwise make available personal documents, information, and other content ("Contributions"). When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload and share your Contributions, and that your Contributions do not violate any proprietary rights of any third party or any applicable law.
You retain complete ownership of all documents and data you upload to TrustedVault-ai. We only use your data to provide you with the Service.
By posting your Contributions to the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your Contributions solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions.
TrustedVault-ai offers monthly and annual subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Full Access) and a one-time Lifetime Access option. All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You have 90 days after cancellation to export all your documents. We provide a bulk export as a ZIP file. Your documents are never deleted without explicit confirmation and a 90-day grace period.
Refunds on monthly/annual subscriptions: Contact us within 7 days of renewal if you believe you were charged in error.
Lifetime Access means a one-time payment for access to TrustedVault-ai for as long as the service is operational. Your Lifetime plan includes all features available at your tier at time of purchase. Future feature additions may be included at our discretion.
If TrustedVault-ai is discontinued, we will provide a minimum of 90 days advance notice. During this period, you will have full access to export all your documents and data. We will provide clear export instructions and support during the wind-down period.
Lifetime Access is non-transferable and tied to your account. Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase provided no document storage, AI analysis, or data exports have been initiated. After 48 hours or after first use, all sales are final.
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy at /PrivacyPolicy. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use. The Service is hosted in the United States.
These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Service. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OF USE OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms of Use and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
